Cultivar: Yunnan Big Leaf Tea/Ancient Tree

The beautiful flowers of Camellia Sinensis Assamica were harvested at the end of November from ancient trees in Ming Feng Shan in southwestern Yunnan. The garden is located at an altitude of 2100m where tea trees are several hundred years old. In China, the tea tree blooms in winter, and the flower is pure white in color and has a wonderful scent.
Hand-picked flowers dry naturally in the sun. Dried tea flower has a very fascinating sweet floral scent and a mild sweet taste. Given that this flower grows on old ancient trees, it is of much better quality than flowers from younger trees. In winter, when the tea flower blooms, its sweet taste attracts numerous bees that make honey from the flowers.
Flowers harvested in late autumn are the sweetest and most delicate, since then the trees rest due to the dry season.
As the flower grows on the tea tree, the flower also contains theine, but in a much smaller amount than the leaves and can be drunk throughout the day and in the evening before bedtime. The flower can be brewed on its own as pure tea, it can be added to other teas to enhance the flavor, or added to food.
The color of the liquid is bright yellow, and the taste has a rich aroma that fills the space with the scents of the tea forest. It leaves a sweet taste of a delicate flower just picked in an autumn walk.
The flower has many health benefits such as lowering body temperature, stopping bleeding, used to treat burns, etc.
