In a pleasant atmosphere and in small groups of up to 6 participants, our first workshop will introduce you to the basics of Chinese tea and how to recognize high-quality tea.

We will explore the main types of tea (white, green, oolong, red, and pu-erh), as well as the basics of tea processing, differences between cultivars, climate and soil, why water quality is important, the right temperature, and other “little things” that can often make a big difference.

Each participant will receive 5 Chinese teas, which they will have the opportunity to prepare themselves under Davor’s expert guidance. You can take the remaining tea home and continue enjoying it for days to come.
